MAKEIT started up with a web-based business application engine(MKWAS) project in 1999. MKERP was one of product which has been designed and built with this MKWAS.
The prototype of MKERP was designed to cope with a complete toy manufacturing processes which include all types of toys. There almost 400 users who have little experience in using ERP when this project started. On the other hand, 1/3 of them have been working in industry over 5 years. They became our teachers and we had learned a lots factory knowledge from them. As a result we had applied skills
they taught us to design and build a complete set of ERP system which could satisfy dynamic demand in real-life production environment.
We have used to live and work in factory environment. In fact we have been identified as a special type of employees in the view of our clients.
We have established the mutual trust with our ERP clients in last eight years. We believe without the trust and loyalty, it is impossible to make a final success for an ERP project.

2nd System Development: with MKERP Development Tool, the trained power users might develop their own supplementary modules and reports.
We will arrange the on-site visit with interested parties to their factories. Usually, there will be an open discussion meeting with factory operation team such as department head or chief engineer. It will help we to learn the existing operation flows and found out the possible difficulties in daily operation. Meanwhile we are also glad to share the successful story with other client cases.
It is necessary to understand the core issues or major concerns of the Top Management. A well-defined Implementation project plan should have a set of reasonable milestones to review the progress of each step . Therefore, we will work with Top Management to prepare a "Wish List" with priorities.

It is necessary to do certain level of customization on ERP system in order to fit the specific user requirement and meet the internal workflow of a client factory. The user requirement documents will be prepared before the customization and it should be approved by authorized manager(s) of the client. This user requirement usually comes with the Implementation Project Contract as one of appendix documents.
We have started subcontract IT services since 2004. The subcontract services include the outsourcing IT department management in factory, supervising ERP team for daily operation, to recurit the qualitied ERP clerks and Network Engineer for client factories and to prepare the IT infra-structure total solution include hardware, software, security and ERP system management.
